Phoebe is a design leader at the intersection of performance, fashion and innovation. With over 15 years across global sportswear and premium fashion, she shapes brand vision, builds high-performing design teams and translates innovation into market-relevant product.
She was part of the pioneering adidas by Stella McCartney team that helped define athleisure as a category, later led design for adidas Tennis, and built design organisations from the ground up at s.Oliver Active and TEVEO. Through her network of specialised factories and technology partners, she connects advanced materials, performance know-how and emerging digital design tools to create the next generation of lifestyle performance products.
Andrea is a performance apparel designer at the intersection of biomechanics, movement and craft. A certified trainer and ultra trail runner, she designs from the inside out — translating real athlete experience into precise, functional product.
Over 8 years across corporate and agency environments, she has taken full ownership of client communication, simultaneous briefs and end-to-end delivery. At X-Bionic she built the apparel design processes from scratch and collaborated directly with pro athletes Thibault Marquet, Núria Picas and Marco Odermatt. As Women's Design Ambassador, she ensured female performance needs and fit are fully represented in product.
